At Harris Academy South Norwood, we are proud to be a community that celebrates diversity, fosters togetherness, and nurtures the unique talents of every student. As the highest-performing co-ed school in Croydon and Bromley, we are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment where all individuals feel valued and empowered to thrive.

We believe in the importance of recognising and celebrating achievements. Through our vibrant rewards systems, such as merit points, certificates, personalised commendations, workshops and trips, we continuously look for meaningful ways to acknowledge the hard work, growth, and accomplishments of our students.

Our students consistently go above and beyond, with 80% of them progressing to university, including Shea and Christine, who earned places at Oxbridge in recent years. Our science team achieved the best GCSE results in the entire Harris Federation, and we are so proud of Alan who scored the highest GCSE History mark in the country, a testament to the exceptional talent and dedication we cultivate here.

Furthermore, we are immensely proud of our award-nominated redesign of the Goathouse Bridge, a project that reflects our commitment to connecting the school with the wider community and showcasing the talent and ambition of our students and staff.
