HASN Prom

Below are the arrangements for the Year 11 Prom.

Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact Mr Brown at the Academy, either via email or in person.

Date/Timings

Date: Friday 20th June 2025
Time: 6:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Venue: Selhurst Park Stadium, Whitehorse Lane, SE25 6PU
Ticket Price: £30.00 per student - payment to be made via ParentPay

Dress Code:
Students are encouraged to dress in formal evening wear in keeping with the ‘Platinum Party’ theme.

  • Suggested attire: Formal prom dresses, suits, or tuxedos in any colour, with silver or black accessories encouraged
  • Outfits should be age-appropriate and suitable for a school-organised event
  • Students are welcome to wear the style of clothing they feel most comfortable and confident in.

The photobooth will also be available throughout the evening for fun, informal snapshots—no additional cost required.

Transportation Guidance:

  • Drop-off and pick-up will take place at the main entrance to Selhurst Park Stadium (Whitehorse Lane entrance)
  • Parents/carers are kindly asked to arrive promptly at 10:30 pm to collect students at the end of the event
  • There is limited on-site parking, so we recommend car sharing where possible
  • Public transport links are also available, with Selhurst Station just a short walk away

Soft Drinks

Students will be able to purchase soft drinks at the bar with either cash or card. Drinks range from £2.50 onwards, depending on the variety.

Supervision

Students will be supervised by both teaching staff from the Academy and professional security staff who are at the door. There is a strict no alcohol policy – students will have no access to any alcohol during the Prom. Please note that we may carry out random searches to ensure all students comply with this rule and to promote the health and safety of all students at the Prom.

Entry Admission

Once payment has been made, students will receive a ticket for the Prom, which will be numbered. It is very important that they keep this safe and bring it along on the night. Access to the Venue will be strictly dependent on presenting their ticket at the door.
