Students will be supervised by both teaching staff from the Academy and professional security staff who are on the door. Please note that we may carry out random searches to ensure all students comply with this rule and to promote the health and safety of all students at the Prom.

Entry Admission

Once payment has been made, students will receive a ticket for the Prom which will be numbered. It is very important that they keep this safe and bring it along on the night. Access to the Venue will be strictly dependent on presenting their ticket at the door.

During the Prom, photos will be taken by a photographer who will take portraits of individual students or pairs, using professional equipment.

All photos will be placed in a secure file-sharing website and parents will be sent a link and a password allowing them to access the Prom photos. In this area, you will be able to choose which photos you want, and be able to transfer them onto your PC or to a USB. Boots, and other photographic shops have photo machine facilities that allow you to print from a USB and photos are printed on photographic paper allowing for the best quality.
