Another exceptional set of GCSE results for Harris South Norwood
Our 5*-C including English and Mathematics has increased to 74% (up from 61% last year). 100% of our students gained 5 A*-C grades and 52% of our students gained 3 A*/A grades. Our Triple Science results, mathematics and English A*-C are outstanding. Whatever indicator we use to measure the performance of our students, it shows a significant increase on last year! We would expect again to be in the Top 1% of schools in the country for value added. We had some exceptional individual performances including:
· Jamie Noonan with A* in Chemistry, English, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Media and A grades in Biology, Statistics and English Literature;
· Robert Primus with A* in English, Drama, Physics and A grades in Biology, Chemistry, English Literature, History, Mathematics and RE;
· Bhawick Jain with A* in Statistics, IT, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Media, Physics, RE and A grades in Graphics, English Literature, RE.
Our vocational results are also astounding with excellent Distinction*/Distinction grades. Our curriculum is very innovative, personalised and relevant. Our results are a testament to this.
