Create and run your own restaurant
Do you think you're the next Alan Sugar/ winner of The Apprentice? Could you win Come Dine With Me? Would you like the opportunity to run your own business? Could you be your own boss?
You could have the chance to open a restaurant for an afternoon at the academy. Your task will involve visiting a restaurant, designing a menu, working with a chef to cook the food, working out costings, selling tickets, marketing, waitressing and clearing up.
Any profit your group makes will go to charity - can you beat the other team to make more profit?
What you need to bring?
Plates, Cutlery etc
This project is great if you are interested in:
Enterprise and business, Marketing, Food, Cooking, Developing your teamwork, Leadership and Communication skills.
