Learn Parkour, the art of free running which encompasses climbing, jumping, running, balancing. Anyone who loves gymnastics and being really active will love this two day spectacular. Day one will involve practicing gymnastics and trampolining skills. Day two will put you through your paces as you’ll be taught by specialist Parkour instructors. If you have bundles of energy and want to throw yourself around sign up!
